  • Execute HTS campaigns and analyze large, complex datasets to identify and prioritize hit compounds.

  • Develop and implement cell-based methods to assess senescence and other aging phenotypes.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to progress validated hits through the drug discovery pipeline.

  • Present scientific findings in team meetings, cross-functional collaborations, and external conferences.

  • Stay current on advancements in aging biology and HTS methodologies, incorporating new tools and strategies where appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD in a relevant field with 1–4 years postdoctoral or industry experience, OR
MS with 3–5 years relevant experience, OR
BS with 5+ years of experience in assay development and screening.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving research environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in cellular senescence and aging-associated phenotypes.

  • Industry experience in drug discovery within a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
