Based within the Global Publications Operations team, the Product Specialist will supportthe operation, management, planning & evolution of our enterprise platformiEnvision, for compliant Publications Management and Publications Sign-Off (PSO).
This role collaboratesclosely with theProduct Owner, internal stakeholders, leadership team, IT and the external vendor to ensure successful management ofplatform support and delivery of strategicroadmap.
Requirements:
Serve as a platform specialist, gaining in-depth knowledge of the iEnvision system and its functionalities.
Capture and analyze business requirements to ensure that system configurations align with evolving organizational needs.
Manage system configuration cycles and User Acceptance Testing to guarantee smooth and effective system implementations.
Coordinate platform roadmaps to ensure strategic alignment across features and functionality with afocus on simplicity, automation, and integration.
Chair the Change Control Board to review backlog requirements, establish priorities and plan configuration cycles, setting expectations to the business.
Adopt a collaborative, cross functional working culture to ensure enterprise alignment.
Support businesscommunications & change management to deploy and ensure adoption ofnew releases, features and functionality.
Oversee the iEnvision mailbox, triage BAU requests, and ensure timely and effective resolution of system-related issues with high degree of customer service.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators, providing regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
Establish strong relationships and act as point contact across key stakeholders, to develop a deep understanding of the business needs from the publications field
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including training, user guides, process flows, and system configuration details in collaboration with the vendor and Training and Compliance Manager
Provide business training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the iEnvision system.
Support administration of the system budget.
Be a champion of technology and innovation; identify industry leading solutions to meet evolving challenges and user requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
3 years+ experience in the pharmaceutical, commercial or business environments
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system support, customer service, and process optimization.
Significant experience with workflow-based platforms, software as a service.
Strong project management skills. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to capture and interpret complex business requirements.
Proficiency in managing system budgets and resources effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively triage and resolve system-related issues
Experience in developing and delivering system training and documentation
Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendors
Desirable:
Bachelor’s degree in medical or science discipline or relevant business experience.
In-depth understanding of iEnvision system functionalities and configurations
Understanding of the publications process
