Right now we are looking for Marketing Trainee (Oncology) - Career Starter Program in AstraZeneca Marketing Company.

Essential Requirements

• University degree / last 1-2 years of studies preferably in the field of life sciences or business-related disciplines)
• A strong interest in healthcare and marketing
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a genuine passion for learning and growing
• committed to personal and professional development
• a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and concepts
• proactive mindset with willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the form of your own unique ideas and skills

Skills:

• excellent communication and collaboration skills
• analytical thinking
• good presentation skills
• result oriented personality with attention to details
• basic understanding of digital marketing
• ability to understand scientific content
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Proficiency in Ms Office (especially Excel, Power Point)

Desirable requirements

• previous experiences in marketing/sales department or healthcare environments
