Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement experiments toassess intervention of the cellular aging process, with an emphasis on signaling pathways

  • Contribute to in vivo experimentsassessing the activity of small molecule compounds (preferencefor those with anunderstanding of PK/PD parameters)

  • Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research projects from concept to pre-clinical development

  • Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies in the fields of immunology and aging

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years post-graduation research experience, or a PhD with 0 years of experience

  • Experience in designing, executing, and interpreting cell-based assays 

  • Experience with small molecules

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships in a small team setting 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Understanding of small molecule pharmacokinetics

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced research environment 

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $87,200 - $130,800. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
