This is what you will do:

シニアマネージャーとして、ニューロロジーブランドのマーケティング戦略や戦術プランの実行を担います。クロスファンクショナルチームと密に連携し、ブランド施策の実現や事業目標の達成をサポートします。日々のマーケティング業務の管理、プロモーション活動の調整、市場インサイトの収集と分析を通じて、継続的なプラン改善に貢献します。製品上市準備や実行の支援、売上・需要予測への貢献、社内規定や業界規制の遵守も重要な役割です。さらに、デジタルやオムニチャネルマーケティング施策の推進をサポートし、顧客エンゲージメントやブランド認知の向上に取り組みます。

You will be responsible for:

• 上位職の指示のもと、ニューロロジーブランドのマーケティング戦略や戦術プランの実行
• ブランドプランニング、ポジショニング、ライフサイクルマネジメントのサポート
• 市場分析、競合情報収集、顧客インサイトの収集とマーケティングプランへの反映
• プロモーション活動やキャンペーンの調整・実施
• 医療従事者、代理店、社内チームとの協働による効果的な連携
• マーケティング予算管理、主要指標のトラッキング
• 製品上市や新適応症ローンチの準備・実行支援
• 売上・需要予測（フォーキャスティング）への貢献と関連部門との連携
• すべてのマーケティング活動における社内規定・業界規制の遵守
• デジタル・オムニチャネルマーケティング施策の推進サポート

You will need to have:

• 学士号
• 製薬業界で3年以上のマーケティング経験（ニューロロジーやスペシャリティ領域が望ましい）
• ブランドマネジメントまたはマーケティングプロジェクトの実行経験
• 分析力、課題解決力
• 良好なコミュニケーション力とステークホルダーマネジメント力
• ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語力

We would prefer for you to have:

• 上級学位（MBA、修士等）
• 日本国内での製品上市や新適応症ローンチの経験
• デジタルマーケティングやオムニチャネル戦略の経験
• グローバルマトリックス組織での業務経験
• フォーキャスティングやビジネスアナリティクスの経験
• 革新的なマーケティングプロジェクトの経験
