At AstraZeneca, we are seeking an Associate Solution Owner Omnichannel- North LatAm to join our GBS Commercial Services team in Bogotá. This role is responsible for understanding business requirements behind omnichannel engagement strategies and transforming them into clear, actionable instructions that enable the successful delivery of digital campaigns and web experiences.

This position plays a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effectively translated into high-quality deliverables across web, email, and digital platforms. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, deep understanding of digital tools, and the ability to influence without authority to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Strategy Translation & Execution

  • Understand and translate business and marketing requirements into detailed instructions for omnichannel campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer engagement strategies. Support the creation and delivery of integrated digital experiences across web and other channels.

  • Project Coordination & Agile Delivery

  • Act as a key contributor in Agile workflows, preparing inputs for sprint planning and ensuring delivery teams have clear, actionable guidance. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Digital Specialists, Business Partners, Content Delivery Managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Collaborate with experts across content production, web development, email automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Campaign Enablement & Optimization

  • Ensure proper setup of tracking and analytics for campaign performance measurement. Provide recommendations on delivery approaches and identify potential impacts of changes in requirements on execution complexity.

  • Stakeholder Management & Influence

  • Act as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external partners, influencing decisions and guiding execution without direct authority. Build strong relationships with subject matter experts across omnichannel platforms.

  • Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and barriers, proactively proposing solutions and escalating when necessary. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working within omnichannel delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Omnichannel Specialist, or Digital Project Coordination.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical or operational deliverables.

  • Exposure to omnichannel campaign delivery, including web, email, and digital media.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) & Data Cloud 

  • Business English proficiency 

  • Energetic, self-motivated 

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills 

  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and collaborative 

  • Critical Thinking 

  • Leading/Influence without authority  

  • Visio, data flow and process charting 

  • Solid communication skills 

  • Business analysis 

  • Strong digital capabilities: Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power

Preferred:

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Knowledge of platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, Veeva CRM, or similar.

  • Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification or Agile training.

  • Experience with analytics and campaign performance tracking.
