As Head of Data, Analytics & AI within Sweden Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our operations through groundbreaking analytics, AI, and advanced data science solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and deliver insights that enable fact-based decision-making and process optimization across our value chain.

What You’ll Do

The Data, Analytics & AI team is part of Strategy & Performance function within Sweden Operations. Working in a highly collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment, you’ll lead efforts to harness the power of data, analytics, and AI to optimize our business processes and support strategic decision-making.

Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

• Define and Drive Analytics Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of Sweden Operations' analytics strategy, aligned with the overall digital transformation and global operations goals.

• Build Analytics Solutions: Oversee the lifecycle management of self-service business intelligence tools, advanced analytics, and AI solutions to deliver predictive insights and automation.

• Champion Analytics Adoption: Foster the adoption of analytics tools across Sweden Operations, ensuring effective training, governance, and lifecycle management.

• Deliver Strategic Insights: Provide focused analytics and advisory for strategic projects, pre-studies, improvement initiatives, and development of important metrics.

• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with IT, academic institutions, and external organizations to stay at the forefront of analytics standard processes and innovations.

• Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop a dedicated team of (Senior) Data Scientists, (Senior) Data Analysts, and (Senior) Insight Analysts, including Generative AI and ODH Champion roles for Sweden Operations.

Essentials for the Role

We’re looking for a leader with a strong business approach and technical expertise, to be successful you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, IT/Computer Science, Technology, or a similar field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in multinational companies or consulting in areas such as Analytics & AI, Strategy, Digital Transformation, and/or Operational Excellence.

• Proven leadership qualities with experience of managing teams and resources.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with a wide range of partners and stakeholders.
