As part of this dynamic team, you’ll help craft and deliver systems, processes, and tools that directly impact how our field teams engage with healthcare professionals and deliver value to patients. You’ll collaborate across the organization — from Marketing and Sales to Compliance and external vendors — to lead operational excellence that truly moves the needle.
Your Role at a Glance
You will be the business owner and subject matter expert for key commercial systems and processes, helping drive greater efficiency, consistency, and insight across our field and internal operations. This role combines strategic thinking, technical know-how, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Operational Processes
Serve as the primary business owner for core commercial systems, including:- CRM Events Management – Lead all aspects of processes for HCP payment processing, speaker bureau management, and presentation material collection
- Customer Data Management – Manage Change requests within the Veeva CRM system
- Fair Market Value (FMV) Tool – Own the process for FMV calculation and ongoing tool maintenance
- Field Budget Management – Lead oversight and optimization of the field budgeting tool.
- External Funding Management – Oversee enhancements and operations workflows within the CyebrGrants system
- Project Leadership
Act as project manager for the design, development, rollout, and training of new systems, tools, and process improvements across the Commercial function. - Vendor & Technology Oversight
Partner with external vendors to support the maintenance and evolution of systems, programs, and technology platforms. - Team Supervision
Provide direction and oversight to external teams responsible for supporting commercial operations and services. - Stakeholder Communication
Maintain proactive, high-quality communication with field sales teams and external partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and support at every stage.
What You Bring:
- 4–5 years of experience in operations and project management, preferably in a commercial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related setting
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and urgency to drive results
- Proven success in leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement practical, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) is an asset
