Undergraduate AI-Enabled Learning Lead Intern

We are seeking junior and senior undergraduate students majoring in Communications, Education, Computer Science or a related field for a 12-Week Student Intern role in Gaithersburg, MD for a May 18th - August 7th contract period.

Position Duties:

  • Lead change management for implementing new learning management system (LMS)

  • Co-create strategy for measuring utilization and impact

  • Transfer USMA Oncology training materials from legacy LMSs into new LMS

  • Provide training on new LMS as needed

Position Requirements:

  • Junior and senior undergraduate students majoring in Communications, Education, Computer Science or a related field.

  • Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

  • Experience and/or passion for AI-driven innovation is preferred.

  • Experience with managing content on a LMS is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.

  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.

  • This role will not be providing CPT support.

  • Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.

  • Compensation range: $31 - $39 hourly
