Undergraduate AI-Enabled Learning Lead Intern
We are seeking junior and senior undergraduate students majoring in Communications, Education, Computer Science or a related field for a 12-Week Student Intern role in Gaithersburg, MD for a May 18th - August 7th contract period.
Position Duties:
Lead change management for implementing new learning management system (LMS)
Co-create strategy for measuring utilization and impact
Transfer USMA Oncology training materials from legacy LMSs into new LMS
Provide training on new LMS as needed
Position Requirements:
Junior and senior undergraduate students majoring in Communications, Education, Computer Science or a related field.
Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience and/or passion for AI-driven innovation is preferred.
Experience with managing content on a LMS is a plus.
Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
This role will not be providing CPT support.
Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
Compensation range: $31 - $39 hourly
