Medical Affairs Analytics Intern, Oncology
We are seeking undergraduate junior and first year Master's students majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology or a related field for two 12-Week Student Intern roles in Gaithersburg, MD for a May 18th - August 7th contract period.
Position Duties:
Work on using real world data to solve business challenges for our medical affairs and R&D clinical trial teams and applying predictive modeling to the data to generate actionable business insights.
Build LLM/Gen AI solutions for business challenges.
Develop thematic trend analysis for our existing platforms that support medical engagement.
Position Requirements:
Undergraduate junior and first year Master's students majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology or a related field.
Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
Machine Learning and AI algorithm familiarity is required.
Python and SQL are required (PySpark is a plus).
Software exposure to PowerBI is a plus.
Cloud computing experience is preferred (Databricks is a plus).
Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
This role will not be providing CPT support.
Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
Compensation range: $37 - $41.50 hourly
