TheSenior Manager, ENHERTUMarketingwillbe responsible forthe oversight and development of HER2+ promotional activities and support the launch of DB-09. Key areas of focus for this role include the following: directing and overseeing ENHERTU agency of record, development of key brand messaging (ensuring alignment to strategy), roll out of core materials to sales team, non-personal promotion support, market research guidance and will work closely with the indication leads across the alliance with Daiichi Sankyo
.

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitates development and execution of ENHERTU HER2+ HCP promotional plan

  • Collaborates closely and provides strategic direction to cross-functional groups (e.g.Insights, Access, Medical, Sales, Training, Regulatory) for the development and implementation of both strategic and execution plans

  • Develops and delivers key presentations on ENHERTU HCP promotions to leadership and sales team

  • Participate in the annual operational planning process byassistingin shaping the tactical plan and budgetrequiredto achieve the patient-statedobjectives.

  • Support management of partner agency relationships,workflowand related expense budgets.

  • Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all HCP marketing materials.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing/sales and/or extensive clinical experience

  • Agency Management

  • Annual Budget Planning

  • Ability tooperateeffectively in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace

  • Demonstratea high levelof integrity in decision-making

  • Act decisively and quickly while aligning with multiple stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics, patient journey, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders  

  • Oncology or specialty care experience highly preferred

  • Launch, management, and customer-facing experience

  • Experience building and integrating new capabilities that are relevant for launch success

  • Experience working in commercial alliance/partnership’ environment

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,081- $226,600. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
