The Marketing Director – Immunology/Oncology is accountable for develop and implement a robust commercial execution strategy Immuno-Oncology indication(s). You will work with your marketing head to craft a strategic plan with a focus on either annual brand planning or launch readiness cycle. You will collaborate effectively with key partners including colleagues from the Global, Sales, Medical, Diagnostics, Commercial Operations, Managed Markets, and Corporate Affairs to develop strategy and execution plans for indication(s).
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the commercial marketing strategy and execution planning for indication(s)
- Identify opportunity for recognizing efficiencies and synergies with other indications
- Work cross functionally to plan customer engagement, evidence generation needs, sales readiness as well as communications and promotional execution
- Monitor and diagnose indication performance and prepare updates to brand team
- Work closely with sales and sales effectives teams to ensure execution pull through
- Collaborate with cross functional colleagues and colleagues across IO, contribute to the vibrant and dynamic brand team culture
- Develop and understand the forecast, sales targets and brand investments, and tradeoffs across the overall brand
- Motivate cross functional team, drive alignment and incorporate innovative approaches to increasing awareness and uptake in marketed indications
- Develop and deliver indication presentations to leadership, cross functional and field organizations
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- At least 5 years of pharma marketing or other commercial experience in an ex-US or US market
- Demonstrated strong performance track record
- Exhibit high capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically
Preferred:
- Experience in US oncology marketing
- Customer facing Oncology Experience
- Experience leading an Oncology marketers
- Post graduate degrees such as MBA

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $180,875 to $271,312. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
