US Associate Marketing Director, EGFR Lung Cancer

As the US Associate Director EGFR Lung Cancer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that seeks out opportunities to innovate and transform patient care. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, you'll play a pivotal role in solidifying our leadership in the EGFR landscape, one of the most competitive areas in oncology. Accountabilities

  • Support Strategic Director and Marketing Operations Director on LRR plans and Day 1 activities, including marketing assets selection, training content, and launch meetings coordination.
  • Set, drive, and communicate the segment strategic framework to support Marketing Campaigns and Core Marketing asset development (CVA, RTE Strategy, etc.) with select key messages based on Science, Market Research, while including the “Digital First" mindset.
  • Develop and implement robust tactical execution for the segment across channels (omnichannel).
  • Analyze indication performance and develop follow-up actions in alignment with Brand Directors.
  • Identify and communicate segment training needs and partner with Training Department to support Sales Force needs.
  • Collaborate with other MKT teams to share best practices, boost innovation, and partnership.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in scientific or business discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • 3+ years in Oncology
  • Experience in market positions, inclusive of leading agency partners to deliver high impact marketing initiatives
  • In-line EGFR US Oncology brand marketing experience or Global Oncology /Specialty Care marketing experience
  • Pre-launch and Post-launch experience

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Lung Cancer and EGFR marketing experience (NPP, Peer to Peer, HCP Marketing)
  • Demonstrate high learning agility and adaptability to change in rapidly evolving environments
  • Effective cross-functional project team leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong track-record of performance
  • Strong leadership behaviors and positive cultural mindset

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ to $180,000 - $270,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
