Business Operations Intern, US Medical Affairs Oncology
We are seeking sophomores and junior students majoring in finance, business administration, business analytics, or a related field for a 12-Week Student Intern role to be working on a team with 2 openings in Gaithersburg, MD for a May 19th - August 8th contract period.
Position Duties:

Finance and Business Planning Team:
Collaborate with the Program Management team in designing a process to build a centralized data source that incorporates all the Franchise/Indication level High-Level Operating Plan templates.
Develop process rules around updating the data source as forecasting figures can change throughout the planning cycle.
Create a Power BI Dashboard to build the necessary visualizations required for the planning presentation decks.
Dashboard should be a one-stop destination where each team is able to obtain the visualizations required for each Franchise Deck.
Develop training materials to educate the teams on how to use the tool to efficiently populate the Franchise Decks.
Project Management Team:
Analyze current business processes with Alliance financial management
Assess opportunities for greater efficiencies across alliance financial tracking
Create Power BI dashboard to bring data visualization
Position Requirements:
Sophomores and junior students majoring in finance, business administration, business analytics, or a related field.
Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
Software exposure to Tableau, Excel, and PowerBI are strongly preferred.
Project Management experience preferred
Finance & Budget management experience preferred
Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
This role will not be providing OPT support.
Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
Minimum grade point average of 3.0
