GMP Cleaning Scheduler Site Operations
Introduction to role

As a GMP Cleaning Scheduler, you will ensure high-performing operating shift teams implement per SOP to support FMC’s GMP cleaning needs in our 24X7 Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations. You will coordinate “Ad Hoc” cleaning requests to the appropriate shift team and escalate to manufacturing if the request is not fulfilled. You will also be responsible for completing SOP-derived cleaning changes and ad hoc request changes through Tulip. As a team member, you will be considered an SME on GMP cleaning Tulip.
Accountabilities

- Ensure scheduling compliance with FMC’s GMP cleaning program
- Drive continuous improvement for the GMP Tulip Logbook system
- Assist Shift Team Supervisors in resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing work
- Liaison with manufacturing and MPG to resolve scheduling “Ad Hoc” cleaning requests and translate them to Tulip for execution by the appropriate shift team
- Support FMC Quality audit with Tulip documentation
- Participate in Genbas up to 40% of the time
- Other duties as assigned to support Site OPS and the broader F&E Community
- Conduct activities and interactions consistent with What we value and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to your role. Complete all required training on the AZ Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards on time. Report potential issues of non-compliance.
- Ensure and monitor compliance by team members and third parties by positively reinforcing the Code of Conduct and all relevant AstraZeneca Policies and Standards, ensuring completion of all required training, fostering a culture of openness, and immediately addressing and reporting instances of non-compliance.

Essential Skills/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent or High school diploma or GED
- Bachelors degree
- BA/BS degree
- Bachelors degree or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of degree
- AA or 2 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree
Desirable Skills/Experience

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $59,369 to $89,054. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
