Join our dynamic team at the Frederick Manufacturing Center (FMC) as an Electrical Engineer. You will be providing technical support to the manufacturing, laboratory, and logistics buildings, troubleshooting, modifying, and improving electrical systems. This role is a key part of our mission to pioneer a new 'Quality way' in our operations.

Accountabilities:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including troubleshooting motor controls, performing BMS changes, supporting automation for electrical and utility systems, and implementing operational improvements to reduce energy consumption. You will also be involved in project management, problem-solving, and communication with internal teams and external vendors. Your work will contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific activities and you will be expected to lead moderate cross-functional teams to complete work.

Essential Skills/Experience:

-Bachelor's in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
- 0 to 3+ years of industry experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- BA/BS in Engineering/Life Sciences

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $74,164.00 to $111,246.0 Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
