In this role, you will be responsible for generating demand for assigned brands on a designated territory by proactively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs and objectives, and recommending solutions to drive and develop business. Accountabilities
- Development of territory strategy and action plans - you will be responsible for identification of opportunities and strategies to improve positioning of assigned products at a local level.
- Development a local strategy and territory action plan to meet targets and improve positioning of products at local level and lead the territory planning process.
- Creaction, establishment and maintaining of deep stakeholder relationships with HPC’s and KOL’s. You will be responsible for collaboration with stakeholders and connect with key stakeholders at regional level.
- Collection of market insight and information for product development, marketing, sales efforts. And recognise specific unmet needs in the designated territories and search for optimal solutions.
- You will build knowledge and understanding about AZ's brand value proposition, and product's labelled indications and efficacy data. By utilizing different communication approaches, techniques and channels to help build knowledge about customers.
- Conducting science-based discussions with the HCP as per the indications of AZ's products by arranging promotional meetings and workshops for physicians and other healthcare professionals and coordination of effective speaker programmes with physician advocates and KEEs
- Successfully drive sales performance with achieving sales and non – sales targets on a designated territory.
- Successfully promote the benefits of assigned brands, using fair balance messages and the appropriate mix of promotional tools.
- Ensuring that AZ's products are optimally utilised in line with national/local guidelines and the product license.
- You be leading by example and closely collaborate with Medical Representatives, KAM’s and MSL’s.
- By possessing in-depth knowledge of AZ studies and competitor medicines and create one account plan annually and participate in account planning workshops.
- Being an example of setting excellence standards in role plays and reach difficult agreements and independently resolve disputes.
Essential for the role will be:
- University degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine or Veterinary Medicine
- At least 3-5 years of experience with pharmaceutical sales
- Proven success track record
- Proven ability to understand and communicate scientific information
- A valid driving license – B category
- Fluency in Serbian and English language
- Strategic thinking, judgment and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and be a team player
- Focus on effective decision-making and results
- Problem-solving skills and learning agility
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Understanding of the medical aspects of the product range
- Regional market and customer knowledge
