Introduction to role:
Are you ready to develop predictive models that serve as the intelligence backbone for AI agents? Dive into a role where you'll power field strategy, content sequencing, and personalized HCP engagement. You'll enable N=1 care gap detection, real-time HCP targeting, and personalized content triggering using data-rich, explainable ML frameworks. Are you up for the challenge?
Accountabilities:
• Build predictive models to detect care gaps, forecast treatment behavior, and prioritize HCP outreach.
• Collaborate with field and content teams to ensure models fuel the right engagement decisions at the right moment.
• Implement explainability techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME) to ensure model transparency for commercial, medical, and legal review.
• Tune models for real-time feedback from AI agents and CRM behavior data.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• MS or PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Statistics, or Applied Data Science.
• Experience applying ML in real-world healthcare or customer targeting contexts.
• Familiarity with claims, EMR, CRM, and digital engagement data.
• Strong understanding of personalization logic and treatment journey modeling.
