Introduction to role:
Are you ready to drive strategic alignment and measurable value realization across EUCAN’s AI programs? As the Director of DS&AI, you will ensure AI use cases—from Digital Twin to Recommender Systems and Content Automation—are coordinated, measurable, and scaled in sync with evolving business goals. This is your chance to create a significant impact!
Accountabilities:
• Coordinate across field, content, and digital engagement teams to align use case needs with AI deliverables.
• Track adoption metrics, business KPIs, and AI-driven impact (e.g., reduced MLR time, increased HCP coverage, improved ROI).
• Document use cases, feedback cycles, and playbooks for scale-up across markets.
• Act as a connective hub between specialized AI partners, franchise teams, and platform teams.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• BS or MS in Data Strategy, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics product management, performance tracking, or transformation projects.
• Excellent eye for business and comfort working with cross-functional collaborators.
• Skilled in storytelling with data, executive briefings, and operational dashboards.
