Introduction to role

This role entails handling all commercial activities in your region, including brand promotions, physician education, and managing relationships with regional collaborators. You will coordinate the activities with and for the key customers of the region within and across a cross-functional team.

Accountabilities:

In this role you will be responsible for all commercial, customer related activities in your region (Zurich, Winterthur, St Gallen, Chur), including promotional brand activities, product related physician and healthcare professional education and regional partner relationship management. You will coordinate the activities with and for the key customers of the region within and across a cross-functional team, integrating input from Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Sales Force Leadership. We are looking for candidates who live and breathe customer service and patient orientation and are able to orchestrate their activities across multiple channels based on customer preference and business needs. You are a doer and leverage deep customer and patient insights to ensure our patient centric approach. You are able to integrate business insights and numbers from excel sheets together with your intuition and customer knowledge into winning strategies and tactics. In this role you will be field based with strong ties to Field Force Leadership and in office support functions.  

    Crucial Skills/Experience

    • Proven pharma sales experience
    • Proven Patient Centricity in keeping the patient at the forefront of every interaction
    • Strong project management skills
    • Experience with different commercial and digital channels
    • Embracing a flexible attitude and applying innovative methods to drive business expansion (e.g., virtual interactions, using various digital platforms)
    • Good knowledge in market ethical rules
    • Proficiency in German and good understanding of English
    • You see omnichannel as a chance, not a buzzword.

    Desirable Skills/Experience

    • Prior respiratory experience
    • Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
