UK Operations
In UK Operations we thrive in a high-tech, LEAN-based environment. Working together to add value and smart solutions that support business needs. We’re on an exciting digital journey, embracing the next phase of the digital world and becoming a Smart Factory.
As an apprentice, you’ll gain a broad understanding of our UK Operations functions. You’ll also get involved in a variety of critical Digital activities and projects for key functional areas (Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Quality, Data, Planning).
How does the programme work?
All our Digital and Technology Solutions Apprenticeships lead to a degree (BSc) in Digital & Technology Solutions. Each degree takes 4 years, which we’ll fund, and 20% of your time will be spent on your studies.
IT
For the first 3 years of your Programme, you’ll experience 4 different business areas in IT through ‘Rotations’. You’ll get to pick from lots of Rotations through our online platform, to match your skills, knowledge and experience. Together we’ll discover your strengths and find the right career path for you. In your final year, you’ll apply all of your learning so far, continuing your career in our Commercial IT organisation.
Global Operations
You’ll complete several 12-month rotations in different areas of our site. Each rotation will reflect your interests, skills, knowledge and experience. This will help you choose the right career path for you.
