Introduction to Role:
Join our global multi-functional team as a System Administrator for Learning Management Systems within AstraZeneca’s Enabling Units IT - Learning & HR IT Guadalajara team. In this role, you will act as a technology Domain Expert on global projects, supporting the Global Learning Tools' functionality, configuration, and documentation. You will partner with global collaborators to improve organizational capabilities, reinforce AstraZeneca processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is an opportunity to grow and develop professionally and personally in an agile team that values homegrown talent.

Accountabilities:
You will carry out problem management in relation to the learning management solution, lead the resolution of identified problems, ensure the full realization of eLearning benefits, analyze and document changes, and control small projects under general mentorship. You will also be responsible for the configuration of Learning Technology products, the development of eLearning solutions, and the evaluation and management of vendors for outsourced learning development and implementation.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years implementing, configuring and maintaining Learning Management Systems.
- Experience working within validated system environments.
- Experience working with API and Endpoints (e.g. Mulesoft).
- Understanding of GxP and SOX regulations and processes.
- Understanding of eLearning communication protocols (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, AICC), and their interaction with LMS.
- Familiar with continuous improvement processes (e.g. Lean).


- Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and demonstrable ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes.
- Ability to lead and handle highly sophisticated training projects.
- Ability to prioritize optimally and to adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working with Senior Leaders (both internal and external).
- Ability to build relationships within a matrixed organization.
- Ability to adapt to change and work through conflicts while persuasively influencing outcomes.
