Senior Transformational Business Analyst

Accountabilities
Business Analysis & Strategic Alignment
You will collaborate closely with business and IT collaborators to understand strategic goals, identify challenges, and prioritize opportunities for innovation. Your analysis will provide the backbone for process improvements, system enhancements, and alignment with our digital vision.
AI & Emerging Technology Enablement
You’ll scope, identify, and assess how emerging technologies—ranging from advanced AI models to intelligent automation and beyond—can drive tangible value across core business functions. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape tailored solutions for real-world challenges.
Solution Design & Delivery
Partnering with architects and product teams, you’ll co-design scalable, user-centric systems that deliver lasting impact. You’ll lead end-to-end business transformation efforts, manage agile delivery processes, and translate vision into value through robust backlog and sprint management.
Partner Engagement & Change Leadership
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and bridge-builder between business users, IT teams, and external vendors. You’ll help define communication and training strategies, foster adoption, and ensure complex ideas and technologies are clearly understood by all partners.
Data Governance & Ethics
With an unwavering commitment to integrity, you’ll advance ethical AI practices, champion bias mitigation and model explainability, and work closely with data governance and security teams to ensure full regulatory compliance and responsible data use.
Essential Skills & Experience
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related subject area.
Over 10 years’ progressive experience in business analysis, enterprise transformation, or IT consulting for large organizations, with at least 3-5 years leading digital initiatives involving AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or analytics.
A proven track record of redesigning and transforming core processes (HR, Shared Services, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Finance) to drive efficiency and value through digital technologies.
Demonstrated success delivering AI/data-powered business solutions, crafting use cases, defining success metrics, and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure measurable impact.
Direct involvement with Agile and hybrid project delivery, including backlog management, user story development, sprint planning, and roadmap creation—particularly for digital and AI-powered initiatives.
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP, familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), and low-code/no-code tools.
In-depth knowledge of AI project lifecycle, ethical AI frameworks, model explainability, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Strong collaborator management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive multi-functional collaboration.
Experience with enterprise-level impact assessments, feasibility studies, and case development for next-generation technology investments.

Robust digital and data fluency, including data governance, quality, and integration, and the ability to work effectively with technical and data science teams.
Experience designing modular, agile solutions; solid command of requirements management; and the ability to drive product discovery, MVP scoping, and sprint execution.
Proven leadership in multi-functional teams, with a talent for inspiring innovation, driving digital transformation, and cultivating a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
