Incentive & Awards Analyst
We are seeking an Incentive & Awards Analyst for our Strategic Field Operations (SFO) team in Guadalajara. This role is instrumental in using our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on patients' lives. As an SFO Analyst, you will provide clarity on effective plan designs and accuracy in reports and tools to our customer-facing teams, improving their performance. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills, business sense, and analytical tools to provide insight. You will become an expert in incentive compensation strategy and performance evaluation, delivering accurate, timely, fair, and motivating compensation plans for all field-facing teams.
Accountabilities:
As an Incentive & Awards Analyst, you will be responsible for providing relevant communications and reporting tools to customer-facing teams and Field Leadership in support of defined brand strategies. You will ensure accurate reporting of incentive performance and provide primary support to our sales force and leaders. You will collaborate with SFO Incentives Directors and Associate Directors to understand strategies, develop action plans, and deliver information that supports their respective sales teams. You will also support award program design and management, including the Circle of Excellence program and Supplemental Incentive programs.
Essential Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Interest in developing business insight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, MSTR, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience creating and delivering presentations as well as facilitating meetings with Senior Leadership
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Understanding of the current business climate and a demonstrated ability to grasp new business challenges
