Hyperautomation Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the delivery strategy for Power Platform, ensuring alignment with the IT2030 roadmap and broader enterprise innovation goals.
• Collaborate with business collaborators and IT partners to drive solution design, pipeline governance, and successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple initiative streams, managing cost, schedule, and quality while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate sprint planning, complexity estimation, and quarterly development roadmaps for Power Platform components.
• Drive seamless service and solution transitions into steady-state support operations.
• Establish robust, metrics-based governance processes to supervise progress against key performance indicators and delivery breakthroughs.
• Foster continuous improvement and capability building through cross-functional training, professional development, and standard methodology sharing.
• Lead program governance activities, including steering committee reviews and service transition protocols.
• Promote the standardization and reuse of templates, components, and standard methodologies across all delivery and support teams.
• Handle vendor relationships and support contract execution to ensure ongoing platform support, licensing adherence, and value for investment.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, innovative Power Platform solutions using design thinking and automation-first principles.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated leadership experience in delivering complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (including Dataverse and SharePoint) and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with enabling professional development, business-led app delivery, and scalable low-code frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of process automation, including Power Automate Desktop and governance standard methodologies.
• Shown expertise in running large portfolios, ensuring collaborator alignment, tracking pipeline health, and fostering agile team performance.
• Successful track record leading geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.
• Strong platform governance skills, including service readiness, risk management, and vendor/contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on alignment and influence across a broad stakeholder landscape.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector, with a understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance practices.
• Certifications or training in frameworks such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL, or Six Sigma.
• Active participation in professional Low Code/No Code or Microsoft user communities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
