Are you ready to play a key role in transforming our Portfolio Governance and Program Management process into a world-class standard? We're seeking a dynamic Portfolio/Project Analyst to drive innovation and efficiency across our initiatives.
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
Innovate Financial Processes: Lead the charge in assessing and enhancing our financial management processes. Develop communication and training strategies using versatile methods like classroom sessions, videos, clinics, and Quick Reference Guides.
Financial Forecasting and Cost Control: Develop accurate forecasts, identify, and resolve issues like incorrect coding or unforeseen costs, ensuring financial precision across projects.
Ground breaking Forecasting Models: Explore and implement advanced forecasting models that empower our business partners from the onset of demand creation.
Risk-Based Management: Craft a robust risk-based contingency management strategy to safeguard resources and optimize contingency releases responsibly.
Improve Process Transformation: Improve digital transformation by integrating Coupa for improved accrual processes and revolutionize our Cloud budgeting strategies.
Dashboarding Excellence: Elevate our dashboard capabilities to spot trends effortlessly, demonstrating innovative technologies like Generative AI.
Trend Identification and Budgetary Insights: Collaborate with teams to pinpoint projects with spending discrepancies or significant budget variances to foster proactive management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in Project Management and financial budgeting/forecasting.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel (pivot tables, macros) and Power BI.
- Effective communication and collaborator management skills, with an entrepreneurial attitude and a curiosity about innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with Coupa and ServiceNow SPM.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and senior leader interactions.
Desirable Extras:
- Eagerness to harness AI for automated analysis.
- Experience within a global organization, handling complex data environments.
- Expertise with data management tools (ETL, data virtualization).
- Prior experience managing third-party vendors.
Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Eligibility and Location:
- Open to Mexican citizens and official residents of Mexico.
- Based in vibrant Guadalajara with hybrid work flexibility—three days at the office per week.
