Senior Manager - US Financial Reporting

This position involves leading the preparation of audited financial statements on various bases, including IFRS, US GAAP, and IAS. Accountabilities:
In this dynamic role, you will coordinate financial reporting processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Collaborating with teams across R&D, Commercial Marketing, Enabling Units, and Global Manufacturing Operations, you'll engage with colleagues from multiple locations worldwide. Your responsibilities will include researching technical accounting issues, supporting the development of financial statements under various standards, and providing business partnering support related to environmental reserves. Essential Skills/Experience:
- Certified Public Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance)
- 8+ years of increasing accounting, finance, and operational experience
- Excellent communication skills, including oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a challenging environment while emphasizing teamwork
- Solid leadership skills with experience influencing and impacting with teams of professionals remotely
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- MBA
- Experience with financial reporting of similar sized, global company
- Prior Big 4 audit experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry
