As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialistfor theCVRM Primary Care Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives!

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to effectively support healthcare professionals.

  • Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals, highlighting value and benefits of products.

  • Implement call plans and Brand Strategiesby translating data to actionable insights, aligning with overall business objectives.

  • Analyzesalesdata andmarket trends to find opportunities,support development of insightful and actionable business plans that effectively achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Establishes and cultivatesrelationships and builds credibility with Primary Care healthcare professionalsto effectively position products.

  • Leverage multiple channels including digital platforms and face to face engagements to drive important customer interactions,increasing product awareness and facilitating adoption.

  • Collaborate effectively with territory teammates, district partners, and functional teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales efforts across the territory.

  • Adapt to and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the AZ Selling Model, ensuring alignment with organizational selling strategies.

  • Be open to receiving guidance and actively seek insights for personal and professional growth, continually enhancing sales effectiveness.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 0 - 2+ years of demonstrated Sales or B2B, or Commercial experience

  • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
