As a Marketing Manager in Wilmington, DE, you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with Brand Leadership and partner collaboration teams to develop, execute and measure aspects of the brand strategy. This role is specifically focused on – but not limited to – HCP Personal Promotion and HCP Multi-Channel Marketing

What you’ll do

  • Lead execution of HCP personal promotion and HCP non-personal promotion marketing plans

  • Collaborate with Associate Directors, Marketing Director, and collaboration partners to design and facilitate the brand's promotional plan

  • Ensure execution of brand tactics are consistent with brand strategy and priorities

  • Lead collaboration with agencies in development and execution of brand tactics

  • Lead review process to ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials

  • Partner with Business Insight team to develop customer insight plans, success metrics and analyze performance of programs

  • Participate in annual operational planning process by shaping tactical plans and budgets required to achieve the brand's strategic objectives

  • Manage promotional budget associated with brand marketing activities

  • Support and participate in team activities to create a positive work culture

Essential for the role

  • 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, or 3 years of marketing or promotions with 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or in the sciences

  • Proven ability to lead without authority

  • Ability to manage complex projects

  • Ability to gauge the feasibility, impact and risks of proposed programs

  • Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Field sales, Respiratory or Biologics therapeutic-area experience

Desirable for the role 

  • Prior Respiratory or Biologics area experience

  • Experience launching new products or indications

  • Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science

  • Understanding of US healthcare system pricing and reimbursement
