Global Supply Chain and Logistics Intern

We are seeking sophomores and juniors majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Health & Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field a 12-Week Student Intern role to be working on a nationwide team with 2 openings in Wilmington, DE for a May 19th - August 8th contract period.

Position Duties:

There are 2 projects for this role:

Logistics Launch & Network Strategy

  • Develop dashboards and analytics tools to support new product launches and network changes.
  • Identification and contribution to process improvements within logistics, such as opportunities related to supply chain sustainability.
  • Tracking and reporting of KPIs relevant to global logistics, delivering network insights based on findings.

Process Controlled Transportation:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of qualification documents 
  • Data Collection and Analysis from qualification activities
  • Assist in the development, review, and revision of SOPs related to qualification activities 
  • Provide general support for ongoing qualification projects, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources 
  • Participate in training sessions to understand qualification processes, regulatory requirements, and company-specific procedures 

Position Requirements:

  • Undergraduate sophomores and juniors majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Health & Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
  • **Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
  • Software exposure to Tableau, Excel, and PowerBI are preferred.
  • Required experience with MS Office suite of tools (primarily PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with technical writing, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Systems and Metrics within a global organization, basics of quality assurance and compliance through relevant coursework is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills is required
  • Passion for sustainability and interest in leveraging digital technologies for process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
  • This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
  • Ability to report onsite to Wilmington, DE 3-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0
