Director, Marketing - Respiratory Inhaled

The Marketing Director, Inhaled Respiratory, will lead our commercial launch of the inhaled portfolio with our next-generation propellant (inhaled pMDI). This role will partner closely with Global and US collaborators to ensure all business areas are working towards a successful launch for a seamless patient experience. Reporting to the Executive Director, BREZTRI, the Marketing Director will be instrumental in collaborating with all Sr. Leader partners responsible for the Inhaled portfolio. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership capabilities, experience in launching brands, and the ability to gain Sr. Leader alignment across multiple cross-functional groups.

Accountabilities

- Provide strategic direction to all partners & ensure strong launch achievements pre/post launch.
- Ensure teams have created robust plans for External Scientific Expert relationships and policy-shaping initiatives for a successful launch.
- Proactively find opportunities and strategic goals critical for the launch.
- Ongoing launch project management tracking to keep all team members on track.
- Communicate to Sr. Leaders including Global and US LT ongoing.
- Assess and develop forecast goals including risks and opportunities.
- Lead the creation of important metrics to be measured ongoing.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 8+ years’ overall work experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing including strong experience in market access strategy and/or health policy.
- Experience in Inhaled or respiratory device launch.
- Product launch experience with strong knowledge of HCP and patient pathways.
- Experience in leading commercial and scientific initiatives in Respiratory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven PMO skills.
- Strong track record of leadership skills and planning.

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Experience in launching new device transition.
- Understanding of US health policy at a federal and state level.
- U.S. product launch experience in multiple U.S. commercial leadership roles.
