The Medical Analytics & Reporting team plays a critical role in supporting Medical Information (MedInfo), content transformation and digital acceleration teams through data-driven insights, enhancing content engagement and improving collaboration with key stakeholders. We are seeking a Senior Analyst who will support data initiatives to optimize Medical Information, content generation and delivery, enhance analytics capabilities and support evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

This role will be responsible for preparing insights into content engagement and availability, supporting relevant content creators with data to assist in decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the data team, vendors and stakeholders across functions, including Medical Affairs, Commercial and Global Commercial Operations, while ensuring the delivery of actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Content Transformation & Medical Information Support: Use analytics to support content transformation efforts, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in information delivery
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Data, IT, Medical Affairs and external partners to support analytics initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Apply analytics frameworks to track performance, identify trends and support improvements in MedInfo operations
  • Project Support: Contribute to projects by gathering requirements, coordinating deliverables and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Process Optimization: Identify and suggest opportunities to improve Content and MedInfo processes through data and technology-driven solutions
  • Best Practices: Apply and support adoption of best practices in data analysis and reporting across the team
  • Communication & Data Storytelling: Prepare clear, compelling data narratives to support stakeholder understanding and decision-making
  • Technology & System Support: Assist in assessing and improving information flows across systems, supporting process automation and analytics efficiencies
  • Solution Implementation: Support Medical stakeholders and Global IT in implementing solutions that meet business needs and align with global standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, life sciences, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting or business intelligence within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools, business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI), and reporting frameworks
  • Experience in business analysis, including translating business needs into analytical requirements and reporting solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to data and analytics initiatives
