P2P Supplier Enablement Specialist (Coupa)
Location: Warsaw
Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from office
Our Coupa P2P system has been successfully implemented across multiple AZ sites worldwide. With advanced electronic integration with suppliers and extensive catalogues, we've streamlined the buying experience for our users and reduced manual intervention, making our operations more efficient and effective.

Key responsibilities:
- Invite new suppliers to electronic invoicing channels in Coupa
- Identify suppliers suitable for cXML PO and invoice integration and coordinate the integration activities
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers with CSP (Coupa Supplier Portal)/cXML related issues, troubleshoot
- Assess suppliers’ capabilities for punchout catalogue setup
- Deliver supplier trainings and webinars periodically
- Own and maintain Supplier relevant Coupa documentation and training materials
- Deliver upon Supplier Enablement KPIs driving automation in P2P
- Identify Supplier Enablement process gaps and actively work on improvements
- Assess impacts of Coupa Releases for suppliers and communicate changes, as required
Essential For The Role
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Supplier Enablement or other P2P area on Coupa
- Strong knowledge of P2P (purchase-to-pay) process, familiar with electronic invoicing concept
- Excellent English, additional language (preferably German or French) at a communicative level would be an asset. Polish is not a must.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel; Power BI would be an asset
- Basic cXML knowledge would be a plus
- Strong customer orientation skills, analytical mind, assertive, proactive when investigating issues, ability to see a bigger picture
- Effective communication skills, confidence in presenting to large audience
