Manager, Regulatory Learning & Development

Location: Warsaw, hybrid work (at least 3 days from the office per week)

Plan and execute delivery of agreed training and capability framework related activities according to priorities set by L&D Associate Director and Director. Responsible for the management of assigned AstraZeneca project and processes communication. Accountable for delivery and technical support to L&D events and shared resources (SPOL, Degreed etc).

Typical Accountabilities (Learning and Development)

  • Responsible for supporting, planning, preparation and delivery of training and development in partnership with the accountable business and process owners, providing technical support to execution, support for Regulatory Academy Program Leads and presenters.
  • Responsible for supporting development and implementation of training solutions which enhance organizational capabilities, ensuring process are understood and adopted to drive regulatory compliance. 
  • Support delivery of the L&D strategy, as well as the Process Leads and Business Learning Lead (BLL) and skill groups in the determination of training requirements, assignments, review of job roles and delivery of Procedural Compliance Training Quarterly Updates to PS and Regulatory functions.
  • Support the annual process for assessing Capability and Learning & Development needs, including prioritization and phasing of delivery and updates of Regulatory Capability Framework.
  • Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and in the collection and analysis of training evaluation metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Lead operational planning and coordination meetings within own team.
  • Contribute to accelerating the digitalisation of L&D by applied expertise in Learning technologies such as Xyleme, Degreed and Learning Management System. Building and promoting relevant electronic platforms where Learning content are accessed by learners.
  • Collaborate across the organisations in remit to enhance training and L&D capabilities, working with stakeholders to support effectiveness of delivery
  • Support development of training communications to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Provide technical and scheduling support to Process Owners and subject matter experts in delivery of effective Process awareness or training sessions
  • Responsible for Vendor Management when it comes to L&D activities.

  • Collaboration skills and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
