- Creating monthly financial reports and analysing budget variances.
- Presenting results, providing explanations and clear commentary to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Planning & Forecasting:
- Actively participating in planning and forecasting cycles, such as phased budgeting, quarterly updates, and long-term financial plans.
- Communicating with business partners to collect data for forecasts.
- Preparing preliminary results and reviews together with the team.
- Loading and reconciling forecast data in global planning systems.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare reporting packs and conduct in-depth financial analyses.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate and analyse data from various sources.
- Maintain data integrity in finance systems (master data, hierarchy, mapping).
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance, such as FP&A, GL, R2R, or Controlling.
- Solid analytical mindset, proactive approach, and passion for problem-solving.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Hyperion, Blackline, COUPA, or VBA is a plus.
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
