Key Responsibilities:
- Support the P2P System Controllers team with Business As Usual (BAU) activities (User Management, Issue resolving, Report creation, etc.)
- Assist with regular Finance Controls related to P2P process
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Assist with processing Change Requests related to P2P process and systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Current students, recent graduates, or individuals at the start of their professional journey, with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Basic understanding of Change Management process
- Familiarity with of Finance and Procurement processes
- Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to learn.
- Coupa experience – nice to have
