As the Operations Finance Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal global role, consolidating manufacturing data and focusing on reporting aspects of finance. Your responsibilities will include leading coordination for month-end closing activities and facilitating a smooth planning process. This role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including high-level senior stakeholders, contributing to the strategic financial decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly consolidated reports

  • Oversee and maintain master data and reporting tools

  • Develop and coordinate month-end closing processes

  • Conduct inventory analysis and reporting

  • Improve reporting processes across teams

  • Coordinate global closing & planning processes for Operations

  • Develop reporting templates

  • Validate systems and data

  • Consolidate, report, and provide commentary on forecasts

  • Conduct various ad-hoc data analyses

Essential Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in finance and data analysis

  • Deep understanding of financial processes 

  • Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Excel (Power Query and optimization skills) and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to develop and coordinate business processes

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team

  • Creative and solution-oriented approach

  • Ability to work under time pressure and in changing circumstances

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPlatform would be an asset

  • Experience and ability to review and improve existing processes using Lean Methodology
