Join our Business Process Management and Optimization team in the Biopharmaceuticals Clinical Operations organisation. You will work collaboratively with Functional Process and/or Subject Matter Experts across all relevant departments, ensuring that processes are developed and handled effectively and efficiently. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to our partners while remaining aligned with regulatory requirements (primarily ICH-GCP).


What you will do:
The role will consist of the following main aspects;

  • Defining the scope for new processes and improving of existing processes based on data, trends and consultations with the Stakeholders, Functional Process Experts (FPEs) along with Quality and Learning representatives.
  • Delivering these processes to the Clinical Operations business area.
  • Using the Business Process Management & Optimization (BPMO) Framework and tools when developing processes.
  • Maintaining risk and change logs, performing periodic reviews and identifying improvement opportunities to ensure processes perform better each day.
  • Working with the BPMO Analyst to define metrics to ensure process compliance and performance, along with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate process effectiveness.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience;
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical or clinical background;
  • High level of business process knowledge and/or lean methodologies;
  • Demonstrated project management skills and proven skills to deliver to time, cost and quality in large scale complex projects;
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, negotiations, presentation, knowledge transfer, problem solving, conflict management and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in working successfully and collaboratively with external and global partners delivering mutual benefits;
  • Ability to identify opportunities, lead and foster cross-functional collaboration and to work across boundaries;
