Accountabilities
Design and implement a holistic workplace experience strategy that prioritizes employee well-being, engagement, and success, in alignment with WELL certification principles to promote health, productivity, and an exceptional work environment
Oversee internal communications and site-wide engagement, ensuring transparency, connectivity, and alignment with leadership initiatives.
Champion inclusive workplace practices that recognize and support a diverse employee base.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions on operational effectiveness, staffing needs, and budget allocation.
Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive workplace community through impactful engagement events that align with company culture and values.
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute an annual engagement program that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Serve as a liaison between employees and executive leadership, amplifying employee sentiment to inform corporate priorities.
Partner closely with Corporate Affairs to lead and execute community outreach efforts and external partnerships.
Oversee 5+ million employee commuting programs, ensuring accessibility and ease.
Elevate the guest experience by delivering a seamless and welcoming introduction to the workplace for visitors and new employees.
Lead the onboarding experience strategy to ensure new hires feel supported and connected from day one.
Manage a $3+ million dining program to deliver consistent, high-quality food services while exploring innovative solutions for evolving dietary needs and delivery models.
Provide strategic oversight to external facility service providers, driving excellence in service delivery and continuous improvement.
Integrate corporate hospitality principles to create thoughtful and elevated workplace experiences that foster employee satisfaction and innovation.
Support the successful relocation of employees from the Waltham site to the new Cambridge hub, ensuring minimal disruption and strong change adoption.
Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with organizational growth and evolving workforce needs.
Lead Boston/Cambridge campus engagement strategies, ensuring local alignment with AstraZeneca’s global workplace vision.
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, corporate hospitality, or facilities operations.
Proven track record in employee engagement, site communication, and workplace transformation.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing outsourced personnel and third-party service providers.
Expertise in change management, onboarding, and corporate hospitality.
Ability to strategically design and implement workplace experience programs that align with business objectives.
