Lead Finance Business Partner

Accountabilities:
- Lead business planning and forecasting cycles and reviews.
- Share accountability with the business for accurate forecasts, understanding the business model and financial drivers to deliver precise performance and brand forecasts.
- Develop and challenge key forecasting assumptions, using business knowledge and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.
- Provide financial analysis of performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities based on market data and trends.
- Offer quality input, influence, and recommendations for business cases and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and planning.
- Communicate governance and compliance standards to integrate them into commercial decision-making, highlighting concerns and suggesting improvements.
- Enhance professional financial capability across the cluster market.
- Initiate changes to improve finance practices and processes.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis within a corporate environment.
- Experience managing profit and loss statements and resource allocations.
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI).
- Fluency in English.
