As a Diagnostic Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in identifying patients who can benefit from our targeted therapies, working alongside a dynamic team that thrives on an entrepreneurial spirit.

Accountabilities:

As a Diagnostic Liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality companion diagnostics to optimize patient treatment. You will collaborate with various teams to execute tactical plans and develop tailored testing solutions. Your role includes building relationships with scientific experts, championing diagnostics solutions, educating on biomarker testing platforms, and addressing barriers to testing and reimbursement.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Advanced degree (MSc./PhD./RN) in life sciences, medical, pharmacy or business.

- Experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostics and/or clinical testing market; preferably Oncology experience.

- Strong scientific understanding of Next Generation Sequencing platforms & assays, immunohistochemistry platforms and assays as well as digital innovations in laboratory medicine.

- Able to positively impact others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships.

- Strong communicator with proven business skills coupled with project management experience.

- Proven demonstration of effective cross-functional project team leadership.

- A strong teammate, able to work within a diverse, cross-functional team and improve team cohesiveness and agility.

- Qualified as a fully licensed driver in your province.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Proven experience with a broad base of external customers including patients, prescribers, payers, providers.

- Thorough knowledge of diagnostic test regulatory environment.

- Strong leadership attributes to set direction, generate commitment, balance short and long term needs and constructively resolve issues.

- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to win.

- Desire to make a difference in patient management.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $131,300 to $180,538. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity as well as eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program (if applicable to role).  Benefits offered include a competitive Flex Benefits & Retirement Savings Program, 4 weeks’ paid vacation, annual Personal Days, a variety of wellness-related leaves (paid and unpaid) as well as a Company-wide holiday shut-down between Christmas and New Years.
