Are you ready to be a pivotal part of our HR Services Team? As a Workforce Data Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our Regional Human Resources Center, providing essential support to HR professionals and customers. Your role will involve applying ground breaking HR technology like Workday and ServiceNow to streamline workforce administration and recruitment processes. You'll tackle complex challenges, collaborate with global HR and IT partners, and drive improvements in our HR operations. Are you up for the challenge?

Accountabilities:
In this dynamic role, you'll manage job interviews, coordinate calendars, draft job contracts, and handle candidate communications. You'll provide vital administrative support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring data quality in Workday, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams for seamless new hire data entry. You'll also seek opportunities to enhance process execution and technology usage while supporting the expansion of HR Services from offshore teams.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Advanced English
- HR Knowledge

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of Mexican Federal Law
- Experience with Workday or Service Now
