Axial Training Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifies training needs for area of responsibility, developing training programs, and implementing training policies and procedures related to Axial
- Provides first level supervision to training and development consultants
- Directs the organisation’s training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organisation’s policies and standards
- Analyses and identifies the training and development needs of the organisation and its employees
- Develops an overall training plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organisation
- Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programmes and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the organisation’s current and future requirements
- Liaises with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement training, development, and succession plans that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organisation’s overall training strategy
- Selects and manages ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service
- Keeps up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organisation’s training activities remain current and relevant
- Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of training professionals to ensure that the organisation’s training and development strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets
Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive projects from inception to implementation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple action project items concurrently.
- English Proficiency: Advanced
- Experience in training SAP4HANA programs (desirable)
- Master Degree (desirable)
Temporary project: 15 months.
