Accountabilities

As the Field-based Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the localization of the Nordic marketing strategy and co-create and implement the National Plan with the cross-functional team.

This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics through data-driven customer and patient insights as well as insights on the competitive landscapes and healthcare ecosystems to drive success in the assigned disease area. These insights are important for you to be able to lead and shape national value adding customer engagement initiatives including transforming care initiatives resulting in high market impact to the benefit of patients.

You will have the responsibility for driving commercial performance at national level and ownership of selected accounts and will dedicate >50% of the time executing customer engagement activities building strategic partnerships with key accounts and the broader TA ecosystem. To be successful in your role you will drive best-in-class digital and omnichannel solutions and initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer experience resulting in higher Share of Voice (SoV) and Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT) driven prescription.

What you'll do:

Driving our business, brand performance and therapeutic area leadership by contributing to the National Plan and execution leveraging omnichannel marketing.

Leading and developing National customer engagement initiatives and transformative care initiatives within the TA.

Enable AstraZeneca to take a lead role in educational initiatives and upscaling HCP patient-centric care.

Build strategic partnerships with key accounts and broader TA ecosystem through account way of working.

Use your deep customer and patient insights including data analytics by using marketing automation tools to facilitate data-driven decisions.

Demonstrate AZ values, ethics, and compliance within all business practices, in alignment with the AZ Governance Framework, internal standards and policies, and external regulations.

Essential experience and skills:

  • Demonstrated Pharma marketing experience (3 years+)
  • Prior therapy area experience desired
  • Prior launch experience
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Proven execution skills – effectively implement the strategy
  • Experience with Pharma account working and digital channels
  • Excellent (internal/external) stakeholder management
  • Project management skills
  • Delivery and impact from transforming care initiatives
  • Ability to lead and influence without authority
  • Innovative and digitally savvy
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English language
  • Good knowledge of market ethical rules

  • MBA or equivalent
