About the role:

As a Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering growth for one of our priority therapeutic areas. You will lead the development of strategic and operational marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring them to meet local market needs. By leveraging insights, collaboration, and creativity, you will deliver impactful campaigns that improve patient outcomes and strengthen our leadership in oncology.

Your key focus areas will include:

  • Strategy Development: Leading the creation and execution of local brand strategies that align with global plans while addressing the unique needs of the market within the Oncology therapeutic area.
  • Insights-Driven Decision-Making: Leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to shape informed and impactful brand plans, campaigns, and tactical activities that resonate with stakeholders.
  • Multichannel Engagement: Partnering cross-functionally to develop dynamic multichannel materials and initiatives (digital and print) that maximize customer engagement and optimize communication reach.
  • Product Launch Leadership: Leading the preparation and flawless execution of new product launches, ensuring a highly successful market entry, widespread adoption, and strong positioning in the oncology space.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Working closely with sales teams to embed campaigns, deliver clear and compelling brand messaging, and capture valuable field feedback to continuously refine strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and fostering trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and advocacy groups to elevate brand credibility and amplify the impact of your efforts.
  • Market Monitoring and Adaptation: Continuously analyzing the evolving market landscape, including emerging trends, competitor activities, and stakeholder feedback, to ensure agile decision-making and sustained brand growth.
  • Performance Optimization: Driving brand success through detailed performance analysis, the proactive adaptation of tactics, and efficient budget management to maximize return on investment.

What You’ll Need

Essential Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, and product launches within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with an innovative portfolio within pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • A dynamic and adaptable professional mindset, capable of excelling in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment while managing multiple priorities with strategic focus.
  • A results-driven approach, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable and measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian and advanced English skills (written and spoken).

Desirable Skills:

  • A strong understanding of the oncology therapeutic area is highly advantageous and will provide you with a solid foundation for success.
