What you will do
Provide technical leadership in technology transfer of drug product manufacturing processes
Design and implement process steps with a focus on innovation and quality
Offer scientific expertise and technical rigor in experimental design and data analysis
Support commercial, engineering, and clinical fills with product knowledge
Ensure robust supply of established products through process monitoring, review, and continuous improvements
Essential requirements
An MSc or equivalent in Engineering or Life Sciences
Relevant experience with biologics drug product manufacturing or development
A strong technical writer with excellent communication skills in English
Capability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a complex environment
Desirable requirements
Expertise in areas like bulk formulation, filling and lyophilization processes, primary containers, and drug product inspection.
Knowledge of regulatory processes and standards for biologics at clinical and commercial stage
Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to communicate in written and spoken Swedish, or a motivation to learn
