Rare Disease (Sr.) Brand Manager
[Role description]
- Maximize Koselugo Portfolio(Pediatric & Adult)
- Develop brand strategies and implement key marketing initiatives
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing tactics
- Forecast and budget management
- Collaborate with key internal & external stakeholders
[Typical Accountabilities]
- Lead RD NF1 environmental shaping
[Skills]
- 5+ years of experience in rare disease, oncology or specialty including marketing and sales experience (experience in rare disease launches preferred)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal Skills
- Fluent oral and written English communication
- Analytical mind and experience with market analysis
- Learning agility
- MS (Excel, PPT) Skill
[Qualifications]
- Education: bachelor’s degrees and above
- Language: Fluent English communication (written and oral)
- Work Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing & sales in MNC
- Rare Disease or Oncology experience (preferred)
- Competencies:
- Strategic and bold mindset for market entry and expansion
- Experience in Rare or Specialty care
- High level of understanding in Rare disease and its environment
- Consistent demonstration of learning agility in fast-paced environment
- Scientific and patient orientation
