Brand Manager (Breast Cancer)
[ Role description ]
- Firmly position the launched product, Truqap as Standard of Care Treatment in breast cancer market
- Collaborate with the cross functional team for maximizing brand opportunities & reimbursement
- Manage the life cycle of other breast cancer brands
[ Typical Accountabilities ]
- Seamlessly execute the planned actions in a timely manner collaborating with the cross functional teams for the brand success
- Strategically communicate with the external key stakeholders based on the high passion & winning spirit
- Track business performance regularly working with related functions to achieve the brand goal
[ Skills ]
- Define business opportunities through deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Define key questions, hypothesis and deploy latest research skills to deepen understanding of patients, HCPs and payers.
- Prioritize, optimize and identify strategy of key accounts and customers, defining sequence of tactics and measuring engagement, leading cross functionally, leveraging influence
- Define KPIs and track qualitative and quantitative data to measure customer interaction and results of marketing mix
- Execute and track budgeting and forecasting
- Design customer value proposition and drive articulation of the holistic value proposition across brand offerings
- Ensure quality content generation and optimal deployment across channels considering internal and external compliance and key trends of the market environment
- Understand market sequencing and access requirements
- Cross functional collaboration with Medical, Sales, RA, and P&R to define joined up approach to customer engagement and share insights
[ Qualifications ]
- Bachelor’s degrees and above
- Over 3~5year experience of marketing in pharma industry
- Strong drive for results
- Strategic business planning and project management
- Good interpersonal communication
- Fluent English communication
- MS office skills(Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
