Facilities Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment in assigned areas.
Use advanced troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of system and equipment problems.
Complete mechanical and electrical equipment repairs to ensure optimal facility operations.
Be a maintenance owner for assigned systems and support installation/qualification of new equipment.
Work with supervisors, operators, engineers, and peers to implement continuous improvements.
Participate in multi-functional teams supporting equipment installation and modification projects.
Provide training and coaching to other maintenance technicians and operators.
Respond to equipment/production problems and prioritize assignments to meet production demands.
Documentation & Compliance:
Perform and document work in compliance with SOPs, SHE standards, and cGMPs.
Maintain accurate records in work orders, logbooks, and permits.
Interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and architectural drawings to support maintenance activities.
High School Diploma required; Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Engineering
Technology or equivalent experience in the related field.
3-5 years of maintenance technician experience demonstrating proficiency in at least two areas: mechanical maintenance, utility systems, electrical maintenance, instrumentation/controls, or mechanical fabrication.
Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment for pharmaceutical production plant maintenance.
Understand and mitigate safety hazards (LOTO, line breaking, hot work).
Understanding of maintenance documentation and record keeping.
Experience building automation control systems, pharmaceutical/cGMP maintenance, and facilities equipment.
Shift Schedules: Rotating shifts available: Monday-Friday, Sunday-Thursday, or Tuesday - Saturday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $71,749.60 - $107,624.40. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
