What you'll do
As a Sales Representative with us, you’ll sell life-changing medicines within one of four therapeutic areas: Oncology, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic, and other diseases. Using your exceptional selling skills and personable attitude, you’ll build strong and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory – from clinicians and pharmacists to nurses and consultants.
The part you play in our business will be challenging, yet rewarding, requiring you to use your resilient, collaborative and diplomatic skillsets to make connections. The majority of your work will be field based, and will require you to be highly-organised, planning your monthly schedule, attending meetings and calls, as well as writing up reports.

Responsabilités :
- Développer et exécuter votre plan de gestion des ventes pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de ventes de votre territoire.
- Faire la promotion de la gamme de produits en respiratoire et sensibiliser notre clientèle de façon à créer des résultats positifs pour les patients.
- Diffuser des renseignements sur les produits auprès des médecins, des infirmières et des pharmaciens et mettre en évidence des besoins non satisfaits pour lesquels nous élaborerons des solutions afin d’y répondre.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues, vos partenaires du siège social et les acteurs influents clés au sein de votre district et de votre unité d’affaires de la région.
- Partager des informations recueillies sur le terrain avec votre équipe et vos partenaires du siège social pour améliorer nos méthodes de travail et faire avancer notre position sur le marché.
- Analyser, planifier et mettre en œuvre des activités dans le domaine des événements de ventes, de la gestion des dépenses et des investissements pour votre territoire en vue de contribuer à la réussite de l’entreprise, par le biais de projets de formation continue et cela grâce à l’expérience que vous avez acquise.
- Créer des liens étroits avec votre équipe et vos clients d’une manière naturelle grâce à votre entregent en vue d’établir des liens professionnels réciproques.
Qualités professionnelles:
- Détenir un baccalauréat en sciences ou en Administration ou un diplôme équivalent.
- Posséder de l’expérience dans le domaine de la vente, de préférence dans le secteur pharmaceutique ; avoir réussi le cours d’agrément du Conseil de formation pharmaceutique continue (CFPC) serait un atout.
- Avoir développé des relations solides et durables avec les professionnels de la santé sur le territoire
- Avoir une bonne connaissance du respiratoire ou pouvoir démontrer une capacité d’apprentissage de ce domaines thérapeutique.
- Être en mesure d’influencer les autres d’une manière positive, d’établir sa propre crédibilité rapidement tout en instaurant de solides relations professionnelles.
- Démontrer une capacité à s’adapter à un environnement changeant, à intégrer de nouvelles façons de travailler et de nouvelles technologies dans son travail quotidien
- Être une personne bien organisée ayant de solides compétences en communication et en affaires.
- S’engager à favoriser un environnement dans lequel le travail se fait en équipe.
- Parler et écrire le français couramment. La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise
- Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide. (Un dossier de conducteur valide sera exigé au moment de l’acceptation de l’offre.)

The Position:

Responsibilities:
- You will build and execute your sales management plan to meet or exceed sales goals for your territory.
- You will promote our Respiratory portfolio and educate our customers to create positive outcomes for patients.
- You will disseminate product information to physicians, nurses and pharmacists and uncover unmet needs for which we will develop solutions.
- You will collaborate closely with colleagues, head office-based partners and key influencers within your District and Regional Business Unit
- You will share field insights with your team and head office partners to enhance ways of working and accelerate our market position.
- Your previous experience will enable you to analyze, plan and implement activities to drive business success in your territory, such as sales events, expense management and investments in continuing education projects.
- Your affinity for people will naturally build strong affiliations with your team and customers ensuring reciprocal working relationships.
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Administration or equivalent
- You have previous sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and have preferably completed your CPPE accreditation.
- You have built strong and long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals in the territory.
- You have knowledge of Respiratory or you can demonstrate the ability to learn this therapeutic area.
- You positively influence others and quickly establish credibility while building strong business relationships.
- You demonstrate the ability to adapt to a changing environment, to integrate new ways of working and new technologies in your day-to-day work.
- You are well-organized with strong communication and business skills.
- You are committed to developing a cohesive team environment.
- You are fluent in French (spoken and written). Proficiency in English is an required.
- You hold a valid driver's license (a valid driver abstract requested at time of acceptance).
